Team registration allows you to register for all aspects of the competition; including individuals, partner & group stunt groups, and team events. Individual and Stunt Group registration forms are to be used ONLY when the competitor is paying separate from their team or when registering for a category separate their team (i.e. if a cheer team’s member would like to perform an individuals dance routine). Please note that any competitors registering using the Individual and Stunt Group forms MUST be part of and compete in a team’s routine, otherwise they will be disqualified from competition.

Through 15 September, 2011: Early Registration *(-$5 per competitor)
16 September, 2011 - 9 October, 2011: General Registration
10 October, 2011 - 13 October, 2011: Late Registration *(+$5 per competitor)
14 October, 2011: Registration Closed
*Discounts and late fees apply only to team registrations & only to a team’s first routine.

REFUND CUTOFFS: Any team may receive a 100% refund due to cancellation or roster/event change ON OR PRIOR TO Friday, October 14, 2011. Any team may receive a 50% refund due to cancellation or roster/event change made BETWEEN Friday, October 14, 2011 and Friday, October 21, 2011. Refunds will NOT be given the day of the event. The last chance for team member substitutions will be at the coaches meeting on the day of the event. Absolutely NO changes are permitted after the coaches meeting on Friday, October 21, 2011.

14 October is the final day for open registration and no registrations will be accepted past that date. Changes may be requested up until the start of the coach’s meeting on the day of the event. If you have questions regarding registration please contact us.
